In the details, the professional craftsmanship is labeled and we believe that it’s the small details that create the whole ensemble. An overall experience about food consists nor but not at least of what is served on the plate and what is poured into the glass. Just as important is the intercourse and the atmosphere around the table. As a guest, you should always be comfortable. The waiter/waitress are always there to help, serve and assist you with competence and knowledge.
We are proud over our food at hotel Gässlingen. We seach for inspiration from all over the world but in the mean time we let our locals farmers take place on the plate. The commodities we use are always seasonal and, as far as possible, ecological – which is our way of mirroring and approaching our unique nature outside our windows. .

The food is our “center of attention” at the hotel and therefore our choose of commidities are important to us. We use, as said before, ecological/organic and seasonal prodoucts and commidites as far as possible. We strive to give the guest an overall experience of dining. We hope you share our passion.

Our restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Friday from 12.00 a.m. to 13.30 p.m. Our three- and five course dinner is served Monday to Saturday from 18.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m. Sundays, the restaurant is closed. We refer to our sister restaurant Skanörs Gästgifvaregård.
If you wish to eat lunch, please book a table in advance, preferably 2 days before your desired visitaion. Booking is also required for dinner in the evening.
